Chef Alannah Valdes

Head Chef/Owner at Chef Alannah’s Creations LLC

 

Chef Alannah is a military veteran, having proudly served multiple tours before ending her successful military career to start a new endeavor as a Chef. She is a soon-to-be graduate of Houston Community College (HCC). This institution is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF), making Chef Alannah a part of an elite group of culinary professionals here in the Houston area. Chef Alannah has mastered the art of transforming fresh, local ingredients into unforgettable dishes! She trained at HCC under notable Chefs and now combines traditional techniques with innovative flavors to create dining experiences that are both comforting and exciting!

 

Growing up in South Florida, Chef Alannah was inspired by the melting pot of flavors that surrounded her. Her passion for cooking came from her great-grandmother, who also worked as a private chef. Her love for all-things food is apparent in everything she does.  This sparked a lifelong passion for cooking. The dishes she creates are always crafted with care, precision, and amazing flavors.

 

When not in the kitchen, Chef Alannah loves to spend time with her family, give back to her community, travel, visit local markets, and experiment with new recipes, always seeking fresh inspiration for her next creation.

 

Chef Alannah believes that food should be a journey—a reflection of culture, season, and technique—and strives to make every meal an experience worth savoring!
